As our punctuality is important, so is yours. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time. Also, please inform us of any appropriate information concerning your health or any professional strength products that you may be using.

YOUR APPOINTMENT

If you are running late please give us a call and we will accommodate you to the remaining time left. We have a 24 hr cancellation policy or the appointment will be charged to you at full payment. You will also be charged if you fail to show up for the appointment.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

We have gift certificates available at your request. They are not redeemable for cash and upon booking a session with the gift certificate, the same booking and cancellation policy applies to the gift certificate. They will not be replaced if lost or stolen and used by an unauthorized person.
